The clear Spychangers were clear "stealth" editions of the regular Car Robots Spychangers that were given away in August 2000 as a mail away promotion through the Jusco Kids Republic. They were shipped blind packed, and the Jusco Kids Republic was only open to kids aged 12 and under, so these are among the rarest of toys in the Car Robots series.
